The process begins with an initial chat, to assess if AM Property Works can assist.  We can then arrange a visit to your premises, around your schedule, to discuss your needs in detail.  Following this, I will provide a quote. This will incorporate details of the job and an estimated time to complete, along with daily/hourly labour rate. The final invoice will detail actual time; so if this is less than quoted, you will not be charged the full estimate.  Full details on rescheduling/cancelling will be detailed on the quote.
